In this video, legendary commercial and office real estate developer Larry Feldman reveals both why differentiation is important and how to properly conceptualize it in your own real estate projects.

Larry: You need to understand and confront that reality that if you're in the commodity business, which to a large extent the real estate business is a commodity business. Then if you're in that commodity business, you need to reinvent that product. So even though I'm in office buildings and there are thousands of choices all over the world and even right here in Tampa, I need to reinvent that product.
