One of the fastest growing destinations of Ilocos Norte is the smallest town of the province. People have been to most of the well known tourist spots in the area, so the tendency is to look for other new places of interest. The tiny town of Adams, with only one barangay of over 2,000 inhabitants, sitting on top of the mountains, has all the reasons to be the next tourist destination. Aside from the good weather, the big winery business is drawing a lot of visitors, foreign or local. The good taste of sweet wine, like Bugnay and Tapuey, attracts the wine afficionados, much more with the free tasting.
