Returning To The Awesome Empire HOI4 Mod (Hearts of Iron 4 in 1699)

Today I'm returning to the awesome Empire Mod for HOI4. This changes the start date of Hearts of Iron 4 to 1799 and today I'll be giving the Ottoman Empire a try and seeing if we can reignite the Empires fortunes!
