Yvonne Tharao had one brief in life; to make her parents proud. She dreamt of studying abroad. The Visa issuing officer felt that she lacked social ties that would ensure she comes back home after her studies. After the 2nd rejection on the same grounds, she set on building ties. Education, marriage, children and proud parents. With time, her strong ties started unraveling, spinning her stable life out of control. Nobody had taught her how to deal with keeping many balls up in the air when her world was crumbling. When her Dad got very sick, she thought she'd hit rock bottom. Little did she know, rock bottom has several basements.
