This week we take a closer look at the Pohutukawa - Metrosideros excelsa.
We discuss how to use this tree in landscaping as well as showing the tree in different stages of growth from seedling to mature tree. Pohutukawa is endemic to New Zealand but is also grown in other place around the world. The tree is especially helpful in coastal situations where it can help to stabilise eroding cliffs.
