This recipe of Cucumber & Spinach Smoothie or cucumber and spinach juice is very healthy in our body. It’s a detox drink and healthy drink, rich in vitamins, an antioxidants and has a lot of fiber. I developed the ingredients by adding cinnamon and grapefruit as my juice. If you are looking for best detox drink or just simply healthy drink, try this recipe. Watch the full video to see how healthy, refreshing and delicious it is. This is one of our favorite drink in our family and we drink it before meal in the morning.
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1 1/2 cup spinach
some parsley
1/2 pc grapefruit (squeeze) as juice
1/2 pc lemon (squeeze)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbp honey
Just blend all ingredients in the blender for 5 minutes and chill inside the fridge or served with ice.
Note:
You can add kale and celery stems.
and apple as to make it sweet to replace the honey.
