Wow! What a great cheap campsite, it’s call Cowra Showground and the site is on Cowra Rd in Cowra, which is situated in the central-western region of New South Wales, Australia. Cowra is approximately 310 kilometers west of Sydney and 190 kilometers north of Canberra.
What a great price and a great location, and if you are looking for long term stay, making it a great choice for those looking to stay for an extended period of time.. This is the place, make sure you watch the video to see what long term camping costs. Plus I did a review on the FREE Campsite right near the visitor centre as you can see on the video.
The camping area at Cowra Showgrounds offers large, level sites that come with water and power connections conveniently located right next to the site. The most of the campsites are drive-through bays, which means that campers can easily enter and exit the site with their vehicles.
Additionally, the camping area has clean toilets which was stocked up with hand soap and paper towel, there are only two showers on this site, as well as a reliable source of drinking water. Despite its proximity to the road, the camping area is not noisy, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The campsite also features a camp kitchen which is not that large as you can see on the video review. The laundry facilities is right near the toilets. With Phone reception please look at the speed test on my video review, and it will tell you how good it is.. Another great feature of the Cowra Showgrounds camping area is that it is dog-friendly, so campers can bring their furry friends along on their camping trip. And if you need to restock your supplies, the town of Cowra is not far away with everything you will need.. This site even has a dump point for the tenants. But there is a free dump point near the Free campsite which you can see in the full video review I did on this site..
Finally, the friendly staff at the camping area make it a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay. Overall, the Cowra Showgrounds camping area is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient camping and long term stay experience in New South Wales.
