WEST COAST IPA RECIPE (4 Gallon Recipe, BIAB, 90 minute boil)

WATER:
-6 Gallons of RO water
-6mL Lactic Acid
-2.5 grams calcium chloride
-2 grams Epsom
-3.5 gram Gypsum

GRIST:
-9lb Rahr Pilsner Malt (100%)

BOIL:
-.5oz Simcoe @ 90 minutes (31IBU)
-25oz Simcoe @ 10 minutes (5 IBU)
-2 Gram Yeast Nutrient, 1 whirfloc tablet & 2mL Lactic Acid @ 10 minutes
-1oz Simcoe @ WP 170F for 20 minutes (4 IBU)
-1oz Strata @ WP 170F for 20 minutes (4 IBU)

YEAST
-2 packets of 34/70 Yeast (You only need 1) https://amzn.to/46TuZUH

FERMENTATION
-Pitch at 60F
-Raised temp to 64F day 3
-Dry Hopped 3oz Simcoe & 3oz Strata on Day 7
-Cold crashed to 36F on day 9
-Transfer to serving keg day 10
-Taste daily until it reaches its "Prime" (about 10 days after kegging for myself)
