Two years ago, I made a similar video, however, I accidentally missed many things, so now I'm here to fix that. I definitely missed a little bit in these videos too, but so many as the last time.
I know you wonder why some of these were altered. I cannot explain why exactly, but I can try with little theories.

All text is gone in the HD version, possibly to allow other languages to put in their own text? Not sure about some of those.
Max reading and Rex's book being flipped is to be more western-like because Japanese read from right to left, unlike Americans.
Dr. Z's butt, Ace's poop, and Ursula's chest were understandable censored.
I can't explain them getting rid of the chibi dino transitions.
Any flashback to something that happened in the same episode was taken out to make the episode shorter and honestly, they weren't needed.
The gaming console, knock-off Power Rangers, and Pac-man heads were altered very likely to avoid copyright issues.
Paris waking up, parts of the downtown, zoom-up of Jonathan, etc. were cut out to make the episode shorter since it doesn't take anything from the episode. Some scenes were also at the place of the "anime logo transition" that led to a commercial break; these scenes wouldn't work alongside that.
Max with chopsticks and Zoe apologizing with her hands together were cut due to cultural differences, as with the books, so no one has to explain it to kids.
Some violence, including explosions, was understandably cut out, despite being quite inconsistent.
The singer on the TV was possibly cut to spare 4Kids of the trouble of putting sound in the scene because they put sound into nearly everything.
Ed stalking through cameras is understandably gone.
The D-lab symbol was changed very likely because later on in the Japanese, it ends up being blue, but it isn't in its first appearance. (That is not a 4Kids edit, my bad; this was actually changed for the Japanese DVD release.)
Scenes having a different order could be to make a dino appear sooner to capture the attention of the viewer.
The hot spring scene doesn't need explaining, does it?
The pig might have been considered not okay for younger kids. Idk.
Alcohol was either cut out or changed into juice or water.
The dino card recap could have been considered as not needed, but 4Kids changed their mind later and put in an introduction in episode 20.
The overalls are quite easy to guess.
