Powdered Sugar - 1 Tsp
Fine Flour (Maida) - 2 Cups
Baking Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Water - 3 Spoons
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Maida For Dusting - 2 Spoons
Oil For Frying
For Pressure Cooking Chole:
Kabuli Chole Chana - 1 Cup (200 grams)
Water - 2.5 Cups
Salt - 1/4 Spoon
Bayleaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Black Pepper - 6
Cloves - 3
Green Elaichi - 2
Black Elaichi - 1
Baking Soda - 1 Pinch
Oil - 1 Spoon
For Chole Masala:
(You can store this masala for 2 months in fridge)
Dhana - 1 Tbsp
Jeera - 1 Tbsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
Black Salt - 1 Tsp
Sesame Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Amchur Powder - 1 Tsp
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tbsp
Salt - 2 Pinch
For Chole Vaghar:
Oil - 4 Tbsp
Jeera - 2 Pinch
Bayleaf - 1
Paste of 1 Green Chilly and 1 inch Ginger
Hing - 1 Pinch
Green Chilly - 1
Puree of 3 Tomatoes
Prepared Chole Masala - 2 Spoons
For Tadka:
Ghee - 2 Spoons
Green chilly - 1
Ginger
Red Chilly Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Coriander
