Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Spiniach ~200g
2. Minced garlic
3. Diced chilli padi
4. Fragrant oil 1tbsp
5. Sesame oil 1tbsp
6. Sugar 1/2ts
7. Salt 1/2tsp
8. Sesame seeds

Method
1. Combine the minced garlic, chilli padi, salt and sugar in a bowl. Heat up the fragrant oil and sesame oil in the wok and pour onto the garlic and chilli. Mix well and set aside
2. Prepare a pot of cold water and set aside
3. Boil a pot of hot water and add little salt and oil. Then add in spinach to blanch for 30sec. Transfer into the cold water and mix to reduce the temperature. Then squeeze out excess water from the spinach. Cover and place in the fridge to cool for 15min.
4. Add in half of the garlic and sesame sauce to the spinach and mix well. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
