Akuma color portrait
Sprite and bug fixes (clipping on sprite tiles, random pixels, cammy socks)
Fei Long has received a new sprite for one of his normals (his ST normals recycled many of the existing sprites)
Further balance adjustments

SSF2T: NL is a rebalanced version of SSF2T, made by Born2SPD over a five year period. The project involves an overhaul of every matchup in the game, in an effort to make seriously disadvantaged matchups (such as Honda vs. Gief) more even. The update also addresses several bugs like stored supers, having never intended to be a mechanic in ST. Some previously top tier characters (Claw, Boxer, O.Sagat and Akuma) were nerfed proportionately.
