Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects 1 in 10 women, however, it is still often misdiagnosed or misunderstood, leading many women to suffer in silence. Whether you have just been diagnosed with PCOS or have been dealing with your condition for years, there are a number of things that can help manage and reduce symptoms especially diet and lifestyle changes.

The video focuses on 5 foods that would reduce the levels of androgens in women with PCOS improving many symptoms of PCOS. There are very important things to avoid like junk food, soda, etc, and must include regular workouts in your lifestyle to maximize the effects.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14 and had struggled a lot through all these years to cope up with the havocs created by PCOS on a daily basis. I am 30 now, married, and have been managing the PCOS symptoms successfully after making minor changes in my lifestyle and diet. Hope my channel will be beneficial to those suffering from this disorder.

Remember, before you change your diet or lifestyle to treat PCOS symptoms, it is always best to consult a hormone specialist for a diagnosis and advice.
