Roscoe Mitchell returns to Interpretations for a full evening of chamber works and improvisations. The program will include Sunrise on an Ice Moon for solo vibraphone, performed by Anna Wray; Cutouts for Woodwind Quintet performed by Wavefield Ensemble: Roberta Michel (flute), Katie Scheele (oboe), Eric Umble (clarinet), Sara Schoenbeck (bassoon) and John Gattis (french horn), a duet between Mitchell and percussionist Tani Tabbal, and a solo with video accompaniment by Mitchell.
