After pour can of mandarin’s in a bowl and chop in small pieces, then add to flour mixture.
Crack your eggs in a small bowl to check them and beat together, then pour in with flour mixture.

You will need two cookie sheets with two pieces of parchment paper, scoop out about ¼ cup of mixture and have them 1 inch apart on cookie sheets.
Have all tea buns the same size, small, medium or large, then bake in a 350ºF preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven.
Cool on wire rack or serve hot with a nice cup of tea.

Bonita’s Tips:
Add more sugar if you wish it sweeter, or use a low sugar.
If using a mixer with hook or paddle don’t over mix the dough.
Use any canned fruit, pears, peaches or mixed fruit.
Make 12 to 18 tea buns depending on the size.
