TRUMARK Powder filling machines are augur type screw based filler for fne powder or small granules, we have many variant for this machine based on its working principle & automation component used, we have clutch break based augur filler, servo motor driven powder filler & weight based powder filling machines.

machine can fill 10gm to 1000gm or as needed with the help of change parts
product is filled in machine hopper in which a slow speed mixer is continuously rotating which keep stirring the product. the screw runs for certain time to dispense preset quantity of powder.
speed can be 10 to 30 fills per min depending on product texture & characteristic
Accuracy: +-1% or 2-3gm

we also provide with the bag sealer machines to seal filled bags. its continuous type of heat sealer to seal one side open bags. with variable speed & adjustable temperature controller
