In this video we will see how Captain Yates's case played out. Ruth Bader Ginsburg (RBG) wrote the opinion for the U.S. Supreme Court taking a more narrow definition of the words "tangible object" in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (the law under which Captain Yates was charged), while Elena Kagan wrote a powerful dissenting opinion in which she cited Dr. Seuss's children's book "One Fish Two Fish Blue Fish Red Fish" in support of her competing interpretation of the "tangible object."
