[4K] On Screen Cars at Beaulieu, join us as we explore this iconic collection of movie and TV vehicles at the National Motor Museum where the cars are then stars.

Step inside the On Screen Cars exhibition at Beaulieu and get up close to some of the most recognisable vehicles ever seen on film and television. Located at the National Motor Museum, this permanent exhibition celebrates the vehicles that played leading roles in classics like Only Fools and Horses, Doctor Who, James Bond, Mr Bean, Harry Potter, and brand new for 2026, Gavin & Stacey. This popular exhibit features screen-used vehicles surrounded by authentic props and music from the shows and films they featured in, creating a nostalgic and immersive experience.

On Screen Cars is one of Beaulieu’s most popular attractions, offering guests the chance to see famous vehicles from British TV and blockbuster films in person.

New for 2026: Gavin & Stacey Vehicles
Fans of the much-loved British comedy Gavin & Stacey can now see three of the show's most memorable vehicles on display. The blue Citroën Saxo VTS driven by Gavin. Smithy’s Volvo 850S Estate, complete with the now iconic handyman slogan on the back window. Finally, Uncle Bryn’s Citroën Xsara Picasso rounds off the trio.

Guests can still see all-time favourites like Mr Bean’s Mini, a green 1979 Austin Morris Mini made famous by Rowan Atkinson, and Del Boy’s yellow Reliant Regal Supervan III, complete with nods to Only Fools and Horses such as David Bowie LPs, carpet tiles, and even a Trevor Francis tracksuit.

From the world of Doctor Who, the exhibition features both a Gold Dalek and an original Dalek, as well as the beloved classic car Bessie, a modified 1954 Ford Popular 103E that appeared with the Third Doctor in the early 1970s.

The Harry Potter franchise is represented by the 1966 Ford Anglia 105E, the ‘flying’ car driven by Harry and Ron in Chamber of Secrets. From the James Bond universe, guests can see the Jaguar XKR used in Die Another Day, famously seen in the ice chase scene

Beaulieu, located in the heart of the New Forest, is home to the National Motor Museum, one of the most respected and comprehensive car museums in the world. With over 280 vehicles, the museum chronicles the history of motoring in Britain, from the earliest automobiles to F1 cars and record-breaking land speed machines. It began in 1952 as the Montagu Motor Museum and has grown into a world-renowned institution with award-winning exhibitions and unique collections.

Your general admission ticket to Beaulieu includes access not only to On Screen Cars, but also to the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Beaulieu Abbey, the Monorail, Veteran Bus, the World of Top Gear exhibition, and the interactive Little Beaulieu adventure play area.
