Aalu Parwal ki Masaledaar Sabji || Potol Aaloo Masala || Pointed Gourd & Potato Curry

Ingredients:
Potato, oil, Parwal , garlic, tomato, onion, salt, water, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, meat masala, cashew, cumin seeds

Process:
Step 1: Boil potatoes.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and fry Parwal nicely
Step 3: Grind tomato, onion, cumin seeds, garlic , ginger, cashew and make a thick paste
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan. Put grinded masala Paste . Fry it. Put turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, meat masala, Stir it nicely.
Step 4: then put fried parwal, add little bit water. Mash boiled potatoes and add it. Stir it.
Step 5: Add salt as per your requirement.
Step 5: then add water as per the gravy requirement.
Let it boil for sometime.

Finally, Aalu Parwal ki Masaledaar Sabji is ready to eat.
