MY MISCARRIAGE STORY - 5 weeks pregnant

This is My Miscarriage Story from 2 years ago in 2016. It is still very raw and upsetting so forgive me for crying.

I hope this video helps one person understand what could happen, how it feels, how upsetting it is etc.

Miscarriage happens to 1 in 4 of us and it happens to around 25% of known pregnancies. These rates are so high and it's time we talk openly about this.

They aren't just statistics. They are real women, losing real babies, who are heartbroken. This was me. I was pregnant. I lost my baby. I am a mother and so are all the women who have lost babies.

Please share this video, talk about miscarriage and open up. Let's make this a normal topic rather than a taboo subject.

Ps. I filmed and posted this video as when I was going through the same thing, I looked online for women who had been through a similar experience and it helped me so much. I no longer felt alone, or guilty or silly for being devastated. I really hope this video helps another woman with the heartache that comes with miscarriage.
