Question: I am a salaried employee but I have other agricultural income which I am not showing in my return. Please advise me if I should show it in my income returns.

Answer: Agricultural Income is not taxable. But for the purpose of arriving at the rate of taxation, it is to be added to your income. So, I will advise you to add it for the sake of arriving at the rate of tax. Otherwise, you are not taxed on agricultural income.
