INGREDIENTS:
(for 12 blueberries, 250 ml glass)

Solution
40 g of yeast
1/2 cup of milk
spoon of sugar
a spoonful of flour

Cake:
550 g of wheat flour
1 as + 1 yolk
4 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
80 g butter
pinch of salt

Blueberry filling:
Blueberries 450 g
Spoon powdered sugar
Spoon potato flour

Additionally:

Icing or streusel (50g butter + 40g sugar + 90g flour)
Egg white + 2 tablespoons of milk to brush the rolls before baking
