You have three main levers in your swing: the turn, the arms and the wrists. The wrists are certainly the most sensitive ones because they can either safe your butt or ruin the impact completely.
I also noticed that Golfers talk about the "Release" but they don't really know, what the "Arm-Wrist-Hand-Release" actually means.
In this video I give you many little tipps and also maybe a few eye-opener for your own swing.
