How to make a Freediving neck weight

"In this video I will show you how to make a Freediving neck weight! This is an easy DIY that requires minimal materials and equipment.
If you are a new Freediver who is interested in dynamic disciplines, you will 100% need a neck weight if you want to have better control over your buoyancy!
Neck weights can also be used in depth diving, to aid the diver in their descent. Neck weights can even be used for Spearfishing! Neck weights are available commercially, BUT they can be expensive. This is why most Freedivers will make their own.

Making your own means you can set the exact length and weight that you need! Enjoy!

Materials needed:
Inner tube (To match your weight requirements)
Lead Shot (To YOUR required weight)
Scales
Quick release buckle
Cable ties Heat shrink / electrical tape / inner tube cut offs
Blow torch / heat source
Rod - for packing lead
