Toxic Crusaders toy collection + MOC Toxie unboxing. I take a look at my mint on card Toxic Crusaders collection, compare them to TMNT figures and start my loose figure collection with a bang by unboxing a pristine Toxie!

The Toxic Avenger! Possibly one of the weirdest creations to have a mainstream toy line based on it. Starting out as a series of 4 R rated superhero black comedy splatter films by the awesome and unashamedly weird Troma Entertainment. The Toxic Avenger, otherwise known as Toxie, had a rather more tame, but still pretty awesome 13 episode cartoon based on him. Toxic Crusaders arrived in 1991 and with it came a line of toys from Playmates, yes the same guys that were making the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The toys, although based on a much less successful cartoon were as good as, if not better than their more famous counterparts. Featuring every cool gimmick from the 90s such as Slime, glow in the dark weapons and super awesome neon colours.
