Adventurer: any flame healer (H!Lowen recommended)
Dragon: any dragon, but safer with an HP dragon like Phoenix
Wyrmprints: The Rose Prince, 100% skill prep, Castle Cheer Corps / Sisters' Day Out (recommended)
Shared Skills: Glacial Blossom, any defense buff (if not using HP dragon)

How it works:
Transfer plague to Volk to lower his resistances, then freeze him with Glacial Blossom at Ravenous Claws (purple shurikens) and the last Pestilent Wind (before he disappears). Use The Rose Prince's Affliction Guard to prevent getting stunned with plague active, at 1) the initial spin, 2) purple clouds, and 3) the final charge. Sequence:
1. Heal over time (e.g. Lowen S1) at the beginning, before plague, to cleanse plague on teammates later. You should still have plague before Volk spins.
2. Get hit and transfer plague to Volk. Stay within melee range of Volk, and don't touch any bombs.
3. Optional: apply HP buff (Lowen S2)
4. Glacial Blossom to freeze Volk at Ravenous Claws (purple shurikens)
5. Optional: defense buff skill share before Volk's plague ends
6. Get plague from Volk by standing in melee range
7. Optional: Force Charge to recharge Glacial Blossom and defense buff again. Apply 2nd defense buff before Imminent Illness (purple clouds)
8. Get hit by Volk again to transfer plague. If you stand directly in front of Volk, the charge hits twice and is hard to survive unless you have a high HP/defense setup. But if you stand in the charge's end zone, or at the outer edge of the charge, you'll only get hit once. If you have a defense buff, you should still have 2 stacks by the time you get charged, which helps with survivability.
9. Freeze Volk while he casts Pestilent Wind. The timings for Legend and Expert Volk are slightly different - Legend Volk casts it about 2-3 seconds faster than Expert Volk. If you miss the timing, it's not a big deal in co-op.

With practice, this is 100% reliable in co-op unless someone heals the plague off you.
