In 2013, Octavio Gaitan released some custom themes for the Windows 98 Operating System, it was later discontinued a year later in 2014, after that, the themes in question became lost media.

That was, until January of 2023, when a user by the name of "Custom Themes for Retro Windows Project790" reuploaded all of the themes that were made in 2013 (with some exceptions), which is why I am making this video! Enjoy!
