The TLDR is you play transition cards to go from one color to the next or you forget about the evolution mechanic and hard play your cards more often the evolving them (as of right now). With more cards being added the synergy and variety will only increase making deck building this way really interesting.

But having true Multicolored cards is very dangerous because depending on the card it can really limit the design space they can have because of what the card could do for not only the intended effects and synergy but the unintended as that is a lot harder to look at as a designer.
