Loni Swain is a New Orleans native who's never met a stranger. A true Virgo, intrigued by astrology, a yogi, açaí bowl obsessed, onesie enthusiast and music connoisseur. An avid traveler, experience seeker, and foodie.

After graduating from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree in Mass Communications, Swain began her full-time radio career in Baltimore, MD. She then went on to grace the airwaves of St. Louis, Tampa, Chicago, XM satellite radio and ultimately, a nationally syndicated radio show. Throughout her radio career, she has engaged countless audiences and is especially skilled at creating organic conversations around brands, products, and issues. While in Chicago, she executive produced The Loni Swain Show, which was a weekly 30-minute slice-of-life cable television show sharing the stories of people and organizations that are making positive contributions to their community. She also started her own chocolate candy company, Loni Loo's.

She has always possessed a strong curiosity for exploring and learning and creates community through shared interests, experiences, challenges and triumphs. In this spirit, she began her blog, podcast, and lifestyle brand Find Your Flow - with the intention of consistently bringing quality content that is honest, informative and inspiring - and hopefully introducing audiences to a new idea, perspective, product, place or sparking new interest.
