To all those people who are sweet-toothed but follow a strict vegetarian diet, the Atta Cake recipe can be the perfect option. It is a tasty, spongy, and most importantly egg-free cake that can be prepared easily at home. Want to learn how to make Eggless Atta Cake at home? Let’s get started!

First of all, Note Down the Ingredients:
• Tutti Frutti
• Whole Wheat Flour
• Jaggery – 1 Cup
• Oil – ½ Cup
• Curd or Yogurt-1 Cup
• Vanilla Essence – 1Tbsp
• Baking Powder – 1 Tsp
• Baking Soda – ½ Tsp
• Salt- ¼ Tsp
• Milk – ¾ Cup
• Parchment Paper
Now the recipe is as follows:
• Take a small bowl
• Put 2 Tbsp Tutti Frutti in it
• Add 1 Tbsp of Whole Wheat Flour to it
• Mix Well & Keep it Aside
• Now take a big bowl
• Put 1 Cup Jaggery in it
• Add Oil to it
• Mix Well
• Add Curd or Yogurt – 1 Cup
• Add Vanilla Essence – 1 Tbsp
• Mix Well
• Keep it aside
• Now again take a Big Bowl
• Put 1 ½ Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
• Add Baking Powder
• Add Baking Soda
• Add Salt
• Mix Everything Well
• Now sift the dry ingredients in the jaggery mixture
• Combine Well
• Add milk gradually and mix until the right consistency is attained
• Add Tutti Frutti
• Now take a Rectangular Pan
• Place a Parchment Paper over it
• Now pour the cake batter on the paper
• Preheat Oven to 200*C / 400F
• Bake it for 50 to 55 minutes
• Add Tutti Frutti on top
• Once it is baked properly, take it out from the oven
• Let it cool completely
• Take it out from parchment paper
• Serve
