This home is located near the heart of the exclusive Rosemary Beach. If you take a short stroll or a quick bike ride on one of the four bikes included with our home, you'll find Barrett Square with the Summer Kitchen restaurant, the Sugar Shak Ice Cream Parlor, Wild Olives Market, and many more fabulous restaurants. If you love to shop, be sure to visit Fitz and Emme, a children's store or The Hidden Lantern Bookstore to pick up a great read for the beach! The boutique shopping, fine dining, casual restaurants, pools, and the most beautiful sugar sand, emerald water beaches are just minutes from your doorstep.

When you get to the home, feel free to pull into one of the two gravel parking spots. You will immediately see two beautiful cushioned lounge chairs, which is the perfect shady spot to relax with a book after a long day of playing in the sun. Make sure you pick up some fresh seafood and burgers to grill on the Big Green Egg.

As you enter the home, you will be greeted by the immaculate, fully stocked chef’s kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances and endless counter space perfect for cooking a gourmet meal or a quick snack for the beach. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar with seating for 3. From the kitchen, you can see the large flat screen TV and comfy sectional couch. The dining room completes the open concept living area with seating for 6. In the kitchen, you will also find the washer and dryer. Besides the countless upgrades in this house you will notice the rich colors and upscale decor in every room. Down the hall from the main entertaining space is a powder room. At the end of the hall, you will find the first bedroom with a king bed. The plush pillows and upscale linens make this the perfect spot to re-energize for whatever adventure you have planned. This suite also has its own bathroom with granite counter tops and walk-in, tiled shower.

You will walk up the stairs to find three bedrooms. The first bedroom suite features 2 custom bunk beds. One bunk has a twin on top and twin on bottom, and the other bunk has a queen on top and queen on bottom. This bedroom will sleep 6 comfortably and even has a private balcony. The bunk room also contains its own bathroom with granite vanity and walk-in shower. The next suite down the hall contains a queen bed with upscale, coastal linens. Natural light from the French doors fills this room. Through the French doors, you have your own private balcony to sneak away for a quiet moment! Along with your private balcony, you have your own connecting bathroom. The bathroom has granite countertops and shower/tub combination. The master bedroom completes this floor with a grand, king size bed. As you enter the master bathroom, you will think you are entering an upscale spa. The bathroom comes complete with double granite vanities, a large walk-in shower, and expansive garden tub.

The carriage house adds additional square footage to this already comfortable home. It is stocked with all the essentials for an amazing vacation.

You will enter the home using the private staircase. When you open the door, you will enter the main entertaining and living space. The funky decor will catch your eye along with the beautiful wood floors. The perfect lounge space will be to your right with 2 leather chairs, foot stools, and wood accent table. This will be the perfect spot to sit and chat with whoever may be cooking dinner or fixing a late night snack! The lounge space looks onto the kitchen and dining area.

The dining area is furnished with a high-top table and 2 stools. The stocked kitchen comes complete with all stainless steel appliances including a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster oven. There is plenty of cabinet and pantry space for everything you may need. The kitchen is finished off with beautiful tile counter tops.

The bedroom is off the main living space, and you will find a queen sized bed and large French doors that lead to a private balcony where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or an evening beverage. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and contains a tiled vanity and large tiled, walk-in shower.
