Ukrainian fighter jets shoot past just FEET above cars and people on a road

This impressive footage shows a Ukrainian fighter jet shooting mere feet past a car on a road.

It is followed by a second jet flying slightly higher that also zooms by with a roar.

The first piece of footage, filmed from a car on the road in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, shows the fighter jets roaring past, with a second piece of footage filmed by military personnel on the road, showing a soldier waving a Ukrainian flag at the jets as they fly over her head.

The images were obtained from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and from the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine respectively, on Tuesday, 6th September and Monday 5th September, along with statements.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine said: "Good morning Ukraine! The guardians of the sky care about your peace. Glory to Ukraine and its soldier. Death to the enemies."
