Documents Required: for registration of a freehold property
1. Registration of developer in DLD
2. Registration of Project in DLD
3. Escrow account of the project
4. Signed sale agreement form -U
5 Liability letter from bank mortgagee or the liability settlement letter from seller bank
6 NOC letter from Developer
7-valuation letter in case of loan responsibility of buyer mortgage should be registered in DLD
8 transfer fees 4%
9 commission 2% to broker as a check issued in the name of real estate company
The title deed will be issued in the name of the buyer and kept with the bank
in the case of an Islamic bank will be in the name of the bank, and the buyer name will be as lease
