Join us as we go for a fish off Hillarys in the pursuit of some nice sand whiting. We get a nice surprise with a lovely King George and Skippy. Then we head a bit further offshore and get a double header of sharks on the whiting gear!! We then clean up the fish and cook them up in some Panko crumbs for the best fish and chips the restaurants wish they had!!
