Before the assembly elections in Bihar, Lalu family has got a setback in the land for job case. Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has directed RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and Rabri Devi to appear in the court on October 13. CBI has alleged that 'the lands given to Lalu family by the relatives of those who got jobs in the Railways, those lands were registered at the circle rate, whereas the market rate at that time was four to six times more than the circle rate.' 'That means the value of the lands was deliberately shown less and they were registered in the name of Lalu family at a lower price.

बिहार में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले लैंड फॉर जॉब मामले में लालू परिवार को झटका लगा है। दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने 13 अक्टूबर को राजद सुप्रीमो लालू यादव, तेजस्वी यादव और राबड़ी देवी को कोर्ट में हाजिर होने के निर्देश दिए हैं। CBI ने आरोप लगाया है कि 'जिन लोगों को रेलवे में नौकरी मिली, उनके परिजन ने जो जमीनें लालू परिवार को दीं, वे जमीनें सर्कल रेट पर दर्ज थीं, जबकि उस समय का मार्केट रेट सर्कल रेट से चार से छह गुना ज्यादा था।' 'यानी जमीनों की वैल्यू को जानबूझकर कम दिखाया गया और कम कीमत पर लालू परिवार के नाम की गईं।
