In this video, Alex and I discuss the legacy of Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger. Whilst definitely flawed, the pair achieved some remarkable things and went beyond what former presidents had dared to do. The pair opened the way with China, settled detente with the Soviets and arguably brought peace to the middle east. But at their worst, they slaughtered thousands and in this video, Alex and I reflect on their legacy whilst also referencing some other academics in the process. Enjoy :)
