DOCTOR VLOGGING IN HOSPITAL: 24 Hour Shift

Описание к видео DOCTOR VLOGGING IN HOSPITAL: 24 Hour Shift

Join me for 24 hours in the hospital - see what it's really like to be a junior doctor!

Currently I'm on a hematology rotation (specialty of blood disorders). In the morning I see patients in a hematology clinic, then in the afternoon I see patients in the hospital. When 5pm rolls arounds, I take on a new role covering the ward overnight. That means I'm seeing patients in the emergency department as they come into hospital and managing any issues that come up on the ward (patients who are already admitted).

When discussing patient cases, this is only my perspective and is not meant to be reflective of how all physicians should treat patients. Note: the chest x-ray is a borrowed image and not from the patient I was treating.

THANK YOU for watching!
