Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 with real-time GPS simulation

Using the Microsoft API to extract the Latitude/Longitude/Height from MSFS 2020. This is being fed into our SatGen GPS satellite simulation software, which is then passed into a LabSat GPS simulator. We have a UBlox F9 connected to the simulator, and also a VBOX Sport over bluetooth to an iPad. This is a real-time simulation, so you as fly the plane, the exact co-ordinates are re-created on the GPS devices.

If high speed trajectory data (100Hz+) is passed into the SatGen software, then the latency of the system is less than 100ms. Note that MSFS sends data at around 15Hz max, increasing the latency slightly.

This could be used to drive any GPS based device for GNSS testing and development. The SatGen software can be connected to any live data source generating a trajectory, such as driving simulators or a chassis dyno for example.
