How To BBQ Ribs In A Badger Barrel | Sonny's BBQ Sauce Recipe!

Sonny’s Mild BBQ Sauce
2 cups water
1 cup distilled vinegar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika (not smoked)
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Bring above ingredients to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add:
24 ounces ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons, plus 1 teaspoon tamarind paste concentrate (I purchased from Amazon)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Simmer for another 40 minutes, then allow to cool prior to using
