As of a few months ago, if you were shopping on the internet for a cigar lighter, there was a decent chance you'd run across the TOPKAY Torch Lighter. TOPKAY, a brand we'd never heard of, had managed to get the coveted Amazon's Choice Designation when you typed in "cigar lighter." Given that we couldn't think of anything better to review, we bought some for Patrick Lagreid to test out to see if this pretty much unheard of, but popular lighter is worth it.
