The Automated Poultry Shed Washer (APSW) is a worlds first, and is the answer to achieving a quality consistent internal shed cleaning process that meets Industry quality control standards.
With the latest advance engineering, the technology enables the machine to clean all the internal shed equipment ( drinker lines, feeder lines, perch lines, walls ,ceilings etc ) in 2.5 to 3 hrs for an average 2800 m2 shed with one operator, elimination the WHS issues of handling a traditional high pressure gun on a long hose all day with employees.
The APSW has been in development for 2 years and is currently in commercial operation and cleaning over 110 large broiler sheds each 13 week cycle .
The Foam process has the most advanced technology that achieves a very good foam that directs it to where is is required, enabling the rinsing process to achieve a clean surface and break down the build up of fats and Proteins.
The APSW delivers a quality high standard of washing at all times and reduces the water usage to clean by 50% .
