Join me for a 30 min upper body workout targeting your back, arms, chest, and abs! This knee friendly strength with weights workout is also beginner friendly and trust me, you will definitely feel challenged by the end 😅 Since it is circuit style, your arms will fatigue, so you can slow down the reps or take longer rests in between the exercises.

Weights used: 10lbs - feel free to use more or less than me! You can also use a variety of weights if you have them on hand.

I go through 3 rounds of this circuit because that format is ideal for building strength.
