How do these watches:

Large black pin with a head in the middle - the clock starts right.
Side of the large black pin - pull the lever.
When nominating the lever forward - then large pin translates time.
Bottom of a large pin head - copper key.
Pressing the button starts the movement of the second hand and arrows on a small dial.
Pressing - hand stops.
And the third time - the arrow jumps to "0" on the dial too small.

Big black ring with figures revolves around the dial.
