We hosted Dawa Wongdue Sangbo Gurung (Lama), a Buddhist monk from Nepal. He spent 10 days creating this unique and special sand mandala for our campus and the region.

The the deity of medicine was the inspiration of this mandala. At the center of the mandala, there is a medicinal plant. This specific mandala focuses on the healing powers we need in today's world and the global pandemic.

Nothing in life is permanent and this gives us hope that this pandemic too shall pass and we will be healed.
