An Easy Festive Dessert That Will Impress Your Family OLD SCHOOL VANILLA SOUFFLÉ/VLOGMAS DAY 12

This is an easy dessert to serve on your upcoming Christmas 🎄 dinner parties
It’s very simple and easy and will impress all your friends,neighbors and relatives

OLD SCHOOL VANILLA SOUFFLÉ!! It's so easy and simple.
Homemade vanilla soufflé
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
Heat milk, sugar and flour in pot until
Hot
Slowly 2 tablespoons of hot mixture to egg yolks and mix (temper)
Then return to stove cook U till thick
Add vanila
Remove and cool
Whip egg whites until soft peaks
Slowly fold egg whites into custard mixture until incorporated
Add to buttered / sugared ramekins
Cook for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven

Crème Anglaise Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp
4 large egg yolks
2-3 oz. granulated sugar
Method:
1. Bring liquid and vanilla just to a boil
2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar. Temper egg mixture with about 1/3 of the hot liquid, then return the entire mixture to the saucepan with the remaining liquid
3. Cook over medium heat so that it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon
4. Do not get too hot or it can break
5. As soon as mix just thickens remove from heat strain and chill
6. Sauce will last 3 days refrigerated
