I'm Brandon Sheck and I'm vice president of G&C plumbing and heating.

You know at the end of the day going home knowing that you helped somebody is you know the ultimate sense of accomplishment.

G and C. Is a family owned business. We do residential service plumbing. G&C Focuses a lot on educating the client. We're gonna go through the plumbing the options with you, we're gonna maybe teach you a couple of things if you don't know the important aspects of your plumbing. We feel that it's really important for the customer to know why they're having that problem. What's causing it?

We don't want to just fix the problem. We want to fix the cause of the problem so they don't keep having the same problem over and over again.

And at the end of the day you're gonna be the one making the decision what happens in your home, along with a little bit of advice from the technician as well.

Whether it takes us 10 minutes or 10 hours, we give a two-year warranty when industry standard is one year and for a club member we do a four-year warranty when industry standard is one year.
