In our latest video, we're at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for a construction update! What started as a live update quickly evolved into a full video with an update on the Monorail station construction. Lots going on with that construction, for sure!

From there, we walk around the resort to see some of the other construction areas, including down by the pool.

And what stop at the Poly would be complete without a bite to eat at Capt. Cook's! Jen has the Pulled Pork Nachos that she loves. And Joe tries the Thai Coconut Meatballs for the first time!
