When working with transpersonal chakras above your head, it is also very important to work with Chakra 0 / the Earth Star (below your feet) - it balances energetically your whole body and keeps you grounded to this reality. Whenever you feel like you are getting disconnected and/or disbalanced, you should use reiki (or whatever else) for the Earth Star chakra for as long as needed to get your balance back.

1. 3D chakras in this series are not limited to 7 main chakras - they include whole 12 chakra system ( all of them in the body -    • The 12 Chakras | Awakened Spiritual Body   ), and also 1 main secondary chakra (Bindu).

2. 4D chakras in this series include 8 main chakras (8-15) and also the Causal chakra, behind + above the head.

3. 5D chakras and beyond include 7 main chakras each, and they are on higher level related to 7 main 3D chakras.
