Czech Pale Lager - How To Brew Beer

The Homebrew Challenge is moving on to Czech beer styles, and first up is the light but deceptively hopped Czech Pale Lager style. This 3-4% ABV beer is the Czech equivalent of American Light Lager but different (and, well, quite frankly better) in so many ways.
