First on our list is Capitol Park and Lagoon a provincial park located in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, in the Philippines. Ayala Malls Capitol Central Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 8:00PM ,Friday to Saturda 10:00AM to 9:00PM.
